Classes will cover such things as knife skills, dinner parties, menus as well as Mediterranean , English and French cuisine that emphasise hands-on involvement.
Classes are suitable for all ages and for all abilities from beginner to advanced level. Each class will be a small group receiving direct tutor input.
A fresh approach to the culinary skills can be gained from attending a taster course or, for those who would like a more intensive foray into cooking, half-day, day and evening courses are recommended.
